CDT's Instructional Design

CDT employs an Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology to ensure that a client's employees develop and retain the skills necessary to increase performance in the workplace. This ISD is closely modeled on similarly structured methodologies that are industry standards.

You will find additional information about ISD methodology in the links below. Each of these topics includes a brief discussion and an accompanying graphic.

  • Determine instructional needs.
  • Determine instructional system concepts.
  • Determine resource requirements and constraints.
  • Develop ISD management and evaluation plans, including the project plan.

This planning assures that the client remains appraised of the project status on an ongoing basis and that there is appropriate continuity and professionalism in the delivered solution.
